Serpentine Repairs

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item presents a default that has passed our inspections, or got broken during delivery, we will provide you a shipping label to return it and cover the repair fees. If the wrong item has been sent to you, we will provide you a shipping label to return the item and swiftly send you the right one.

If the cause of the damage seems unclear, the client can be asked to send it back to the studio for further inspection of the damage cause. If the damage appears to result from a default of the product, we will proceed to repair and ship the product back to you. If the damage appears to result from a misuse or accident, we will charge repair fees.
We offer repairs by case basis with cost for reparation. Please email repairs@serpentine.mx. This policy only is included for pieces made by Serpentine. 

If you find an obvious production fault, you must email us right away with details.
