We use a flat rate of 400 MXN Pesos on all shipments.
Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sale taxes?
Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
2-4 weeks for online purchases. Made to order pieces will be consulted with the customer for shipping / pick up timelines.
Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

Apple Pay, credit cards, and cash on payment.
What is cash on payment?
We offer jewelry pick ups in our showroom located in the neighborhood of Cuauhtémoc in Mexico City. Payment is in person, either with cash or card. If you are interested in cash on payment, select the option during check out and we'll schedule a time with you via email for pick up.
Can I cancel my order?
We offer cancelations within a couple day grace period.
I love a one of a kind piece but it's not available anymore. Will there be more?
Our one of a kind pieces are limited editions. However, reach us at order@serpentine.mx to see if we can create it as a custom piece for you.
How do I know my size for rings, necklaces, and bracelets?
For ring size, we use Mexico / United States standard. The best option is to visit your local jewelry store for a fitting. For our collections, sizing is unique and we provide a sizing guide within the appropriate pages.
